yes im going to go with the hitech D840/845`s .....just going to take longer to get on the road cant find them here so another import for me. but like what you and @evssv said do it right first time round less pain laterWhat were you going with for servos again...the hitec D840/845's or something else?

maybe if i sat down in the morning and built it from start to finish id 8/9 hours. what i did sessions of 2 hours + -Losi quote 7hrs to build the 5B.
I can see they were being a tad optimistic
think i bought one of two kits left @ DDMI will try again with DDM. Also buying a bunch of FG items for my Beetle Pro. So we will see.

not in this huge rush. also flopped a few times lol. if you go back to page 1 i put the hub carriers on the wrong side ....woops!
also shock boots got mixed upso all took a little more time. i cheaped out i did not build with the help of a cordless screw driver

thanx @FredsRevenge you right about the left and right.....I flopped with that ...WOOOPS!The shock screws have different thread, one is links hence the different color on them. I also think there's two sets of sway bars in the kit.
The only thing I do not take joy in is painting the bodies. Never seem to get it looking perfect.
When it comes to building the kits, so looking forward to it!
agree dude...I`ve actually painted a body yet......but I have 3 here to do....gota bnip proline desert rat upper/lower body to do....hyper7 one.....a ford hot rod body....

Let us know where you are with the build. Also curious as some builds I hear a pull starter extension is needed. Is that what you are finding?
