Call me superstitious but I refuse to start the Baja today just becuase I have a track record of poop going south RC wise on Sundays lol

You should never fire up an engine with exposed clutches ,I expressed that many times when I first signed
up here!
Your lucky that the spring didnt fly off an hit you right in the kisser!....

Although not advisable you can start it up with no clutch bell fitted and let it idle but as soon as you start revving the spring is toast, as you now know?

??? Boy am I stupid at times ???
Anyways, so it fired and idled for a couple mins till I tested the kill switch (as you should do) and then I go to re start and, guess the Fack what? Pull start broke I think. ?
