You should never fire up an engine with exposed clutches ,I expressed that many times when I first signed
up here!
Your lucky that the spring didnt fly off an hit you right in the kisser!....

poop!!! I'm lucky. Thanks I'll NEVER do that again!

Although not advisable you can start it up with no clutch bell fitted and let it idle but as soon as you start revving the spring is toast, as you now know?

??? Boy am I stupid at times ???
Anyways, so it fired and idled for a couple mins till I tested the kill switch (as you should do) and then I go to re start and, guess the Fack what? Pull start broke I think. ?‍?‍?‍ Think it's the spring. But boy is this thing FACKING LOUD!!!
