Sounds like you haven't tried pulling over a 70cc with nl decompression valve ?? just kidding. Try cracking the spark plug maybe, that should relieve some compression but make sure to tighten it back up as soon as you get it running, and also don't over loosen it as it won't start then.I just got my 34cc reed and I wish I could start the damn thing. It has too much compression and it's almost impossible to pull it

Doug, that vidneeds more publicity. Very helpful ?don't need to pull fast just need to get the motor turned over??
I wish I could turn it over, that's easy to pull compared to mine. I have to wear a glove as I've lost enough skin trying to pull the damn thingdon't need to pull fast just need to get the motor turned over??
Well I'm in Australia for starters, so I'll sell it on one of the facebook groups here. It would be $750AUDWell there is a for sale forum here ?? what y want for it?

It's in a 5iveT 2.0It's good price for new?
What rig have you got it in?
My dynamite kill switch was absolute garbage. Just saying lolIt's in a 5iveT 2.0
I have something to try though. Sean from OBR got back to me, and here's what he said.........
I would try temporarily disconnecting the kill switch. I have issues with those and killer bee's almost daily. Big issue is they can draw power from the coil causing hard starts, low power and in bad cases the engine to not start at all. I recommend getting rid of it and setting the fail safe in your radio instead.
A lot of people think more oil is a good thing but it's really not in a 2 stroke. Oil holds heat and too much can cause it to run hot. You probably have excess oil in the engine which is causing the hard starts. You have 2 tanks through it so it's broken in. I would change your mixture to 32:1 and fine tune it. When you have a good tune run it hard and clear out the excess oil. As you run it hard you should see and hear the engine cleaning up and at the same time it should get easier to start. The settings we give are just a base line and it's normal for your settings to vary after break-in and tuning. If you're unsure on tune check your plug. A perfect tune the plug will be the color of a brown paper bag. White/grey indicated lean and black is rich.
The kill switch in question is the Dynamite optical kill switch, but I use one in my Kraken Vekta.5 with an OBR G340 full mod and have no problems. So I'm thinking the 2nd steering servo I have in my 5iveT is what's drawing the extra power. My Vekta.5 only has the one steering servo. This may also explain the rx losing power intermittently when at WOT, and activating the failsafe
I'll disconnect the 2nd steering servo first, fill her up at 32:1 and see what happens. If it's still hard to pull then I'll remove the kill switch
You obviously didn't set it up right. It works perfectly fine and does exactly what it's meant to do, at half the price of others. Just saying lolMy dynamite kill switch was absolute garbage. Just saying lol
I read the manual and set it up correctly buddy. Not dumb, just saying ?You obviously didn't set it up right. It works perfectly fine and does exactly what it's meant to do, at half the price of others. Just saying lol
I don't care if you care or not. Im just saying in my experience it was trash, so it could be a possibility. But hey since you have had good experience with it, guess it means it's impossible to be a problem ?Mine's been working flawlessly for the last 18 months in my Kraken Vekta, so the care factor = zero![]()
No not at all, same thing goes. Just because you had problems with it I guess it means it's impossible to not be a problemI don't care if you care or not. Im just saying you should try without the ks as in my experience they weren't good. So it could be your problem. No not at all, same thing goes. Just because you had problems with it I guess it means it's impossible to not be a problem![]()
Oh well you could've said that in the first place. What were the problems you were having?Im just saying you should try without the ks as in my experience they weren't good. So it could be your problem.
Didn't last long at all. And you know, theres a off-button on the fan cover the pulll start.Oh well you could've said that in the first place. What were the problems you were having?
.......and how am I meant to kill my engine lol
