I was just thinking,onboard fire extinguishers might be a usefull addition. Maybe some fire retardant chem powder.

Yeah I saw it on FB first. alxSuper 71 that motor is. He said the motor is alright, rig is gunna need a overhual (can you tell? ?)

Rip the whole tray right off at that point. Its only plastic, and rather soft at that point, she'll break free if you yank hard enough.

And that's exactly why I'll never touch a lipo. Nimh ftw ?

I still run a nimh in my dbxl. When I do throw a lipo in, the performance is so much better. Not much point in good servos if you don't use lipo. I want to try a life and see if it compares.
