im really not. Im just coming in here giving my 2c about what I think. YEP I own a cheap Chinese clone which is probably only a "very" few parts left on it thats undeniably true. Im just clarifying what he said if you reread it in that context. Dunno where all the hate came from.
I've heard all the Traxxas trash talk before , I've been doing Traxxas nitro and electric for 20 years , not because I worship them , it's cuz there great customer service , and quality eather beats or is very close to anything out there , believe me cuz I have everything our there , and as for bashing the x Max , well just because you must not have one or one that has been completely modified like one of the 2 that I own , x Max is possibly the best all around basher truck out there , if the right things are done to it FORGETABOUTIT , IT takes a hell of a beating and just keeps going , so unless you have double flipped a x Max numerous successful times don't be bashing it cuz your dead wrong , I own 23 RC rigs I know of what I preech

Traxxas customer support is absolute
I can’t see how you find it amazing… told them about tmaxx probs with the 2.5 and transmission problems (out of box) and they essentially told me it’s not their problem and I have 30 days. They couldn’t even tell me the a rating on a esc. I’m not the only one… traxxas gives out bs info just to keep customers happy sometimes.The driveline is
, there are little aftermarket parts, they are weak, quality control, engines are absolute , servos are , other electronics are , wheels and hexes are , they run like , they are heavy, aluminum is , screws are , they are 
Unfortunately my first 5th scale was a redcat rampage xt but my saving grace was I paid $200 for it. I quickly realized if I want the truck to be reliable the reality was that I had to leave it on the shelf to be a good running truck. When I went to fix things in general on this truck I found myself buying and replacing more than just what broke and the reason is poor metal quality and that showed with how easy things broke and that I spent more time having to remove stripped Allen's. Sooner or later the clone market is gunna give rc a bad rap and in my eyes were already going downhill and yes absolutely I point the finger at china... no their not the only ones in the rc game since I recently picked up the boat side now im seeing people talk about hulls being copied. It's sad to see this but it's the reality of it and people that continue to buy clone stuff are going to kill rc, these real companies that spend however much money to develop these rigs along with having to dish out for the tooling to produce the parts are the ones that are ultimately gunna turn around say shove it to us because these copy cats just literally clone their poop and make good profits because the leg work is done for them...... f u c k clones and to the people that support them if I can't afford a name brand product I don't buy it until I can afford it PLAIN AND F U C K ING SIMPLE....
