Andy, did you make the spacers for the tray also that mount it to the chassis... more info and more pics if you would be so kind.

I intend to turn up some aluminium spacers for the mounts but I haven't had an opportunity as yet. What I did as a temporary measure was cut the mounts off the plastic plate and use them, with a couple of small washers to get the spacing correct.
Most of the load is taken by the front mount point so this works OK for the moment.
