Bad news for my new red arrow 34cc engine

The only thing I cant figure is what caused the gouging in the cylinder. Theres 3 of them, and fairly deep. Too deep imo to be from the fine clay that got past the filters.

Crazy sorry for your luck on this one. I cant believe the same engine your describing is the same engine thats in my video doing wheelies up and down the track. Seems like a totally diff engine.

It's very hard to believe, even by my standards which isnt pro level porting by a long shot.

It also says intake exhaust and transfer ports have been ported...seems this one has only been half ported

Cleaned up the cylinder and removed the transfer covers. So I really don't think they did the machine work on the exhaust. If i remember correctly the stock zen head had those recesses cut in to widen to upper part of the port. I don't have a stock head here so i cant confirm. Nothing was done to either the transfer covers or the intake port. Few more pictures of the ports after I cleaned they cylinder up.
