The only thing I cant figure is what caused the gouging in the cylinder. Theres 3 of them, and fairly deep. Too deep imo to be from the fine clay that got past the filters.

It's very hard to believe, even by my standards which isnt pro level porting by a long shot.Crazy sorry for your luck on this one. I cant believe the same engine your describing is the same engine thats in my video doing wheelies up and down the track. Seems like a totally diff engine.
Yeah it's not hard to tell what was and wasnt done to it. I'm rather astounded right now.you can still see the casting marks in those ports !
