Still smokeing......tried quitting a couple times. Never stuck.
He's on the rise to take over the world ???The rise of Frankenstein ?
Come on out with it????Also don't ask how I got the 20mm bit with a bigger shank than my drill to work, I was bad ?
soooo hose clamped my gear to my clutch bell (the tip of the clutch bell as the shank) put the drill bit in the vise, and put the gear and clutch bell contraption in my drill and while the drill was at full speed, lowered the gear onto the drill bit. Super ghetto, coulda bought a proper bit but I'm cheap and lazy ?Come on out with it????
Already did it, worked fine ? but the the 20mm bit is still too small so like I said I think I'mma try 55/64" (.362 mm interference)Holly smokes ? that's proper back yard.... let's hope it works?......
Sean get out your smart phone calculator use the conversion calculator easy as that?? I do that for all the silly imperial BS???????So.im.not good with my mm conversion but that still.sounda like too much press to me. Normally you only need a few thousandths press to retain a bearing
Do you have a specific bit size that I can buy? I'd prefer not to go to a machine shop to get this done as that's gunna be a pain in the ass, and I don't know if there's any nearby.Nah that's what I have you guys over then pond for ? give it about .005" press and it should be good. You can always use some retaining compound if you get less press
All this pulling with two hands business you been doing that's past few months ???????? polishing alloy parts to mirror finish will be a breeze????????Also guys, should I do a chrome/polished/mirror finish look on my aluminum parts or should I do a brushed aluminum look? What do you think? Brushed is easier but I don't care because I got too much time on my hands and want to do something while I wait for parts lol.
Hell yeah! And so will pulling the pull start with 14:1 compression! Gotta be prepared! ?????????All this pulling with two hands business you been doing that's past few months ???????? polishing alloy parts to mirror finish will be a breeze????????
have to say i like the brushed look the most, but shiny/polished would be really nice too.Do you have a specific bit size that I can buy? I'd prefer not to go to a machine shop to get this done as that's gunna be a pain in the ass, and I don't know if there's any nearby.
