What mount are you using for the dual steering? Need to know the dimensions.

@crucialRC my friend, i was just looking at that dual steering kit and this battery box might not work for your setup. without knowing the measurements of that kit, im gonna have to say it won't work. i'm gonna have to redesign yours.


remember, i designed this with a single steering servo

this might get in the way when you mount that steering servo kit

I can reduce the width of the battery tray. That might work. Then you just put your battery on it’s side like this

Gotcha. I will order the ffrc dual servo kit and report back. It goes on dotd every now and then so I'm trying to wait on that. I appreciate you looking out?? I have the aluminum center brace so it may not have as wide of a foot as the stock plastic one. Don't forget you do not have to stay in line with the chassis. You can come out pretty even with the side cage post, almost another 1/2" or so.

Got it. I can have yours sticking out about another 1/2. We’ll see how that works out
 
@crucialRC @JT3 alright boys, did some redesigning, and I think we got it?? Plenty of room and i didn’t have to stick it out by much. Steering servo mount is also done, nothing fancy. I got the TR chassis brace so that gave it a bit more room.

Damn @Haric that's some good stuff there brotha?? Theres a ton of space now. I ordered a new servo for mine and the dual servo kit, but I may be sending it back if you keep coming up with parts like this? How does the body fit?

Servo body? Fits like a glove my friend with about .125 to spare before hitting the chassis brace.B7D30331-036B-43F7-ADC5-A9BF34B321EF.jpeg
