Think it’s time to upgrade my steering servo next on my to do list.need something stronger now. Since adding the diff locker.

Baja ran perfectly today I guess that's the good part of not having to much power everything stays together

Since adding the locker and Irc shafts she has run flawless suspension is nice with big bore shocks front shocks could be tuned a little better a bit stiff. Next up time to upgrade servo saver and servo in a big field steering is good but running locally steering is terrible.

I see their out of stock at ddm for the turtle HD setup. They have the standard turtle setup

Well my next build was going to be built around the blackbone 2 speed. Then I see there are no big bores running a 2 speed since I was considering the 40gt. Might need to do another 34 reed or throw the 2 speed in my other baja and get the 40gt for this build

Dude I’m putting my 2 speed in a SF RC40. 21/53 first and 24/50 second. I’m confident it will work well.

I guess I will have to see your results since your build will be done before mines. I was on Facebook could seem to find any info with big bores and 2 speed most recommended against it
You know your right I could have sworn when they drag race the big bores they run 2 speeds

Everyone says that. I think the ratios and setup are key. I don’t any old set up works but if you are sensible I think it can.
It needs setting up on tarmac first though to get the engage point right and if you don’t go mad between ratios you should be OK. I think more than 4 teeth is an issue and I’m only going 3.

Well now this went to start the baja today and the ends broke off the fly wheel

You got me ,never had this happen before this is on the 34 reed I use the metal pals on the pull start. One thing I notice is I don’t like the fact the pull start doesn’t go deeper into the flywheel when you pull. Only catches the endsWtf

I can only think poor material used hate when stuff start breaking when I'm about to start spending on a new buildI use the same setup
