Did a lot of engines for the military at one point, they wanted measurements down to half a thousandth. $300.00 digital calipers paid for themselves in the first month I got them. I have a mititoyo 0 to 1 digital mic as well. It has the thimble graduations as well. Never been off digital from thimble.
I'm going to have to reassemble the front sway bar but, I think I found the issue. Links may be hitting the CV shaft when the suspension compresses. I think I have another set of links. So I'll test it out tomorrow.

Well my suspicions were right.. at full compression the axle shaft hits the sway bar. The links should be about a 1/4 inch longer. May be even 3/8 inch longer. Rear hits as well.


Now I have the preload quite heavy in the rear. But it has rub Mark's on both sides as well. There's easily enough room for longer links. Both front and rear.

Yeah I thought about digging to find the original shocks, but it's always been an issue. And I don't think the stock shocks are any taller then the 5ive shocks.... I'll see if I can find my stock shocks.

I would assume they are both considered 160mm shocks
