What do you think about the shock mount style?
I think it is doable John! I might run mine on my shock with no spring to prevent any binding or pinching in the spring. Looking at how that are attaching, looks like they are just replacing the nuts on the shock mounts? You think there will be any issues bending the screws or shock mounts on a hard cartwheel or anything? Would be my only concern. Here is how my suspension is set up.20210525_232225.webp

@RickDizzle how does you dual shock setup compare to running the singles. Is it a worthy upgrade? I do like how they look.
I personally love the set up of dual shocks. I found IMO the key to proper set up is running one shock with springs and the other without as a dampener. This works really well and handles very much like a full size monster truck. Running both shocks with springs is way to stiff and rides very poor, to ridged and bounces the truck everywhere, to include wanting to roll hitting corners at full speed. I like the shocks with springs on the inside of the axle myself. If you want to run springs on all 8 shocks, you will have to find some with a much softer spring rate for sure.

Hate to say it but RC Sparks on YouTube has done an install video and a few videos of before and after bashing on the same track/ area.
Rc sparks’ big dirty videos got me into fifth scale. He has some of the best large scale content on YouTube to this day

Not the case, he's a fake and a drama queen, enough said.
He would make a fifth scale video and I would click. That’s as far as my dealings are with him so I’m not sure what your talking about, but it’s besides the point. His raminator videos about the shocks are pretty informative. Without the spring in the second shock it seemed to handle a lot better than stock
