Well damn. I bought another stock bell housing because my original one wobbled. I installed the new one with some expensive ass SKF bearings and the damn thing still wobbles.

I wanted to get the t90 but ddm only has the 62mm and I need the 54mm one.

That is actually good idea if it works. Honestly I don't see anything wrong with the stock tranny it is very solid piece as long as we change out the bell housing to a better unit.

Also make sure to sand off the anodized inside where the bearings sit so the loctite bearing retainer can cure on the actual aluminum and not the anodized that eventually will come off.

Yeah I got it all on deal of the day so it was a lot cheaper then buying it out right.
I just checked vertigo’s website and it says their gears doesn’t work with stock carrier plate

So you can get just the front carrier and it will work with your stock vekta rear if you don't wanna spend extra $80 for the vertigo rear

I wonder why it wouldnt, you use half the parts over again, would need the bell, 2 shafts from vertigo, but I would think it should all fit in the stock carrier. May have to tear mine apart and have a go at it.

Im half tempted to but then it will be hard to see the gas
Nah. 20 min or so run then put gas in lol.
Also I have a gas can with the flow valve so Controlling spills is easy.

Getting closer.

When you put that drive shaft together you can put it in phase... just give it a dry run without pins and line it up then pin it (y)
You betcha. All the pins line up perfectly in phase. These rear ends are impressive.
I highly recommend the wheelman designs heim joints!
