today the postie fetched me a surprise package (y),
from bonehead dean, he had some pins made up and sourced some steel rings to replace the rubber o ring pin retainers,
i asked him where he got the steel rings, he sent me a set (y)(y),
dean has a kv5tt ( mgm e word converted) and he's been losing front drive pins left right and centre so he wanted to find an alternative to the rubber o rings,

today the postie fetched me,
bear with me on this cos theres a story here :ROFLMAO:,
so a while ago miles @Milo asked me if i'd make him an exhaust bracket for his lightweight build and for the bzm pipe,
i said course i will, miles said how much, i said don't be daft were friends,
anyways, miles decided he was sending me a futaba 4pls as payment, he didnt need to but i aint gonna turn it down (y),
so thank you very very much miles, spot on (y)(y),
story not finished yet but will continue between the pics :D,

so, 4pls with two rx's (y)(y),

so miles and me had a bit of back and forth on the phone etc,
we came to the conclusion that his mecatech master cylinder would need relocating inboard a tad as well so he could use the bzm pipe,
so thats the deal, i make miles a couple of nice brackets, a relocation one for the master and an exhaust bracket which is gonna have to be some sort of swan neck bracket i think,
so also in the box is miles spare mecatech master cylinder, the original bracket for the master, and the original bzm pipe bracket so that i have sommat to work from,
miles is also gonna email me a few measurements and dimensions as well, then i can build the brackets off my own baja chassis(y),
either miles or me will update his build thread as brackets take shappe etc,
thanks again miles (y)(y),

pic of miles master and original brackets below :D(y),

today the posties fetched me a set of BuRP's and adapters for the vekta from taylor rc (y):D,
these will be stored for a little while untill i get a few more parts and get the vekta big bore ready (y),
or they may get used ,

just slid a pair over the stock hexes to see what they looked like :),

tbh there aint a great deal of difference height wise between the stock tires and the brp's ,
depends where ya measure em really, they just look strange at first cos there deep dish and make the vekta much wider than stock (y),
