Yeh. They seem to be out of stock of a lot of stuff too, huh? Hey, thanks again for suggesting that I just order the killswitch from killer rc. Twas cheaper even and now I don't have to wait as long to fire up my new toy, cuz ya'll got me too scared to run it without the remote killswitch. 😄

Ya, because of the pandemic supply’s are low so when something comes in that you want have to grab it right away. Because there probably 20 other people waiting on the same thing

I can't find any videos on killswitch installation specific to baja. I'd like to get some ideas on wire routing and how to seal any holes I put in the receiver box. I paid extra for the little green light btw. That's gonna look cool and also let me know it's working without me having to kill it remotely just to check it each time I take it out. I searched all manners of killswitch install baja on here.

What I do is I notch the shroud and run it by the carb and below the motor, then run then connect both ends of the killswitch under the fuel tank, it's super clean and you don't see it at all. And for the radio box you can use a little epoxy or something so seal the holes 👍

Sounds like a plan. 👍 Thanks.

doesn't have to be a baja, the setup process is the same.
Start vid apprx 7min in.
He explains it.
I've seen it. I asked about videos specific to the baja because I want to get some ideas on wire routing and where to cut the receiver box, so yes, it does have to be a baja, but thanks anyway.

I use the hole for switch and run the cable under the battery box and tank the up to the engine. But I use a different power switch mounted to the lid.

Failing that make a hole where you want and run the cable through it. I can’t think of any other way or route you could take. This isn’t hard. 🤨

Ok. There's an idea. Thanks. I never thought it'd be hard. I do however want to make it water-resistant into the receiver box.

Glue whatever hole you use or make, job done.
No thanks.
What I was getting at is theres no specific wiring setup. Basically run your wires in a way that keeps them from heat and abrasions/cuts/water/damage.
As milo said, make adjustments as needed, such as a hole to mount the light/switch etc as needed.👍
No, I was just looking for some videos to watch in the meantime while I was waiting for my order to ship.

Youtube has a search function and if you don't find what your looking for then it doesn't exist. Part of this hobby is to be innovative and creative so its up to you to fill in the gap that others haven't provided for you. Its your rig and modify it as you see fit.
Yeh, I know.
