Definitely the 81BHMW - as the 80 series is not recommended for use in anything bigger than 1/10th.
Looking good!Progress has been made, Car is back on it's wheels! I cannot fit the symetrical steering just yet, the HPI servo is not compatible with the servo horn that comes with that steering kit, I've ordered the 78kg servo from Tayor RC, that should be here Tuesday. The 45kg servo for the Throttle/Brake is a monster! it now locks the rear wheels up no problems.
I'm waiting on upper suspension arms and the IRC Shocks then it will be done .

Your Baja is very easy on the eye!I would not run a petrol powered car without one .
I am sure I spotted one in one of your pictures , but check before you run.
I like to fit spacers to give nicer stance ,even with the extended wishbone setup on my baja. All my cars run clipless hubs .
Kill switch is fitted.
New Steering servo is here, beautiful bit of kit, will get it fitted tomorrow then I can have a rip.
