No I don't think you do, you just have to remove the fan cover and shroud, I think you can do that with the motor in. But I've never owned a dbxl so I don't know lol
Ok Been having loads of fun over here So based on the pics can you tell if anything looks wrong?
Battery plugs into the aux port too, and you need both, so what you need to do is grab a "Y" splitter, plug said y splitter into the aux port, then plug the battery and kill switch into each end of the Y.Dumb question maybe, I installed the killswitch and plugged into the aux port so now I have no power from the battery?
Do you have any local hobby stores? Cuz they are universal so they should carry em ?Damn I don't have one of those. Gonna have to order one
Was about to say that, hobby stores never carry 1/5 nowadays. So your stuck ordering, but it's worth itEven if there was a hobby store next door, chances would be they wouldn't have anything for it anyway. If it ain't Traxxas or Arrma you are short. I order all my parts too. Just order 2 or 3 of the same parts each time you order??
Yup just have to plan for the unexpected. Was about to say that, hobby stores never carry 1/5 nowadays. So your stuck ordering, but it's worth it
+1 one of the best 1/5 stores hands downGo to ddm??
