I'm going to go with similar colors to the box, Chrome, Red, and the florescent. I'll see how that comes out and I might grab the proline body before they are gone. Also I went with the Zenoah G320. Should be plenty of power.

What steering system are you using?
Did you have to trim your receiver box to get full steering or does it clear receiver box lid?

Well I’m about to venture down the 5ive B path.. just pulled the trigger on the kit from DDM... can’t wait to get started... looks like a lot of fun!

I picked up 3 of the Hitec D845WP from DDM when they were on the Deal of the day

And I’m gonna be running a Red Arrow pro mod 34 for an engine

Nice it's a blast to build don't over tighten If you are using a power driver

I use one! Makes everything easier but I always do final tightening by hand.. I use a 1/4” impact driver... works great and has a variable trigger so your in total control

A silenced Victory big bore.. l have one on my 2.0 and really like it... I put a predator on my Baja which has a 34 reed and it’s crazy loud! So I installed a silencer on it

Are vrc stainless? Or mild steel?

Not 100% but I think mild steel... I’ve been keeping mine rubbed down with 2 stroke oil and so far it stays like new
I really wanted a Bart... but they don’t make one that’s silenced for the B so victory it is.. l run mostly in my back yard and wanna at least try to be considerate of my neighbors.. lol don’t wanna be that guy.. plus personally unsilenced hurts my own ears after a while lol call me a pansy if you will.. l don’t mind ?

Yes! I totally agree! I have some 100,000 for the f/r’s and 500,000 for the center.. that’s how I did my 5ive 2.0 and it performs well so I figured I’d give it a go in the B

At first I put a locker in the center... ??? On paper that looked like a great idea... but in reality all it did was cause premature wear on the center cups and front dog bone... so I went back stock and added 500,000 oil... so far it doesn’t seem to be as hard on things and still performs well
