That’s insane. He does sell someI've sent 3 emails, 2 voice-mail, and a message on Facebook. At this point it is chocked up as a loss and they are poop for customer service.
He helped me out when I had the drive shaft issue. Sent me one ASAP no charge. Also threw in a body washer that I lost on my own accord. Has always responded to me...even dumb questions. I am not a "fanboy" to anyone either, but my fit and fitment along with overall quality of my Raminator I feel was really on point and his responses were always quick, respectful and in line with solid customer service. That is why I honestly wonder if maybe they are away for the fourth holiday and a vacation like a lot of families do this time of year. Not trying to throw shade and cover for dude...but just hoping for the sake of your pocket book and the longevity of Primal to support our rigs.
