Man dude. That is very disheartening. I honestly had much more faith in them then this. Hopefully they respond. You have spent a large amount of money with them just to drop the ball on you.
 
Wonder if maybe their stuff is drop shipped? 🤔 I.e. Dan didnt see the email yet but they have a contract to fulfill the orders in "X" amount of time and the shipper gets the orders email to fulfill. Just throwing out a possiblity. And yes kinda hoping that is the case for the amount some of us have invested with them.
 
Nah man not for me so far. He is now sending me a 36cc rebuild even tho my engine was out of warranty (it’s going in the rampage). He just recently exchanged foams for me no questions asked. He offered to discount a diff that got chewed up (it was out of warranty). This is odd. I know I may sound like a Rovan fanboy rn but I really think his costumer service is good, but most products are 💩.
 
He helped me out when I had the drive shaft issue. Sent me one ASAP no charge. Also threw in a body washer that I lost on my own accord. Has always responded to me...even dumb questions. I am not a "fanboy" to anyone either, but my fit and fitment along with overall quality of my Raminator I feel was really on point and his responses were always quick, respectful and in line with solid customer service. That is why I honestly wonder if maybe they are away for the fourth holiday and a vacation like a lot of families do this time of year. Not trying to throw shade and cover for dude...but just hoping for the sake of your pocket book and the longevity of Primal to support our rigs.

I mean to be honest I'm not that upset, so far most of the problems were my doing just not this axle issue. I have certainly had bad luck, and it's a bummer but not much I can do through a phone screen. I'll keep it on the back burner for a bit, but if nothing happens I'll certainly never support them again unless I absolutely need something only they make.
