What are the cable ties for on the front shock tower? I would fix that 1st.

That would be shock Pre-load.

Yep lack of pre load.... honestly it's a oring not hard to put a new one on...

It's not the oring. It will stay in place most the time. The pistons are feked, the shafts are all wrong, and the body's are beat up (being 14 years old) so I've given up on trying to fix those ?s . Wanna get new original vvc HPI shocks but I really don't want to spend $80 on front shocks so I've decided to leave it until further notice ?

Anyways, I've ordered myself some hostile zero growth foams off ddm, inner beadlock rings, and some new proline Desperado wheels to replace the beat up ones on it currently ? so i shouldn't blow anymore foams ? should come quick too since it's ddm .

No, I have beadlocks already but I don't really trust those inner beadlocks. And they were like 3 bucks so why not.
