No way to tell if you don't run it mate.
Yep gonna keep an eye on that baja roller on kingmotorrc.com im itching to get it going however I really don't wanna tear my OBR out of my Baja.

*edit also seems like its sounding better mid break in. Probably can't do much else until I can get a load behind the crank. https://photos.app.goo.gl/LfTjQpDMFB2NeMJ27

the only way to really tell what is happening is to dyno the motor in between changes , other wise you are just guessing.
Yeah true however I CAN tell there is more torque. Basing this off the pure rumble of the engine. It just wants to shake violently in a good way. ?. TBH i really do "feel" like I get more RPM aswell. I've been back and fourth with this engine all week and you notice the pitch change during throttle when you have done it as many times as I have. However guess we'll never truly know.

get a low cost RPM meter off Amazon $15 , uses a hall effect sensor ( magnetic ) so just alighn it with the flywheel magnet and BAM you know what your Rpm's are. you will need a wall wart power supply for it BTW .

u need a rev tach-omiter to see ur increases ?....i bought one....3-4 years ago n its still not fitted.....   :ROFLMAO:
I'll definitely invest in one if I decide to start selling engines. I need one for doing the lort timings on the 50cc project anyway. We can start to see if certain porting merits any positive changes.

you know you could make a Dyno for really cheap.

1. use as load cell on a 1 foot long bar and attach that to the clutch output hub
2. mount a Hall sensor to the flywheel cover for rpm readings
3. Use my software and PC boards to control it all
4. mount the motor to a piece of 3/4" plywood.

Super cheap and simple Dyno

doenst even need all that, just buy the trailtech tachometer , goes on your spark plug wire and measures rpms. not too pricey either

Thinking this might be a safe alternative https://www.ebay.com/i/362676720228...75ecGLNwkJK3FpcUAQJIyxMI6Y8He9ocaAnHnEALw_wcB

However that one wouldn't fit my engine. Has already a hex size. Probably could fit weight to it.
just take a pinion gear drill/tap 2 holes , match those holes on the bar screw it together SIMPLE and cheap, I installed a RPM hall sensor in this cover and it works great using my software etc. the graph is the rpms
This cover can be used on most motors BTW

same thing , BUT you need 8vdc MIN. so for a RC you need a boost regulator or power supply batteries or ?? AND does it go up to 20,000 RPM ??

Thought these engines had more then 10k rpm to give?‍♂️
Did you even see idle on the graph? Stock idle should be at 2000 as per zenoah 3000 seems a little high to start the run? And yes I see your running a clone engine but should have similar traits, also couldn't you use the magnets on the flywheel? Or do you need a seperate one

@Z.hb71 I'm pretty sure the eyelet for the spark plug is to measure temp
it goes on the plug wire

yes it does go up there.

they do, people are getting 16-17000 rpm on bigbores under load, a smaller 34cc should be even more. idk why his is reading so damn low

that is my motor in the baja Idle is about 5k or so , got a 6k spring in the clutch , Im just revving it on the ground its not attached to my DYNO so I cant run it wide open, lol ! .

I use the magnet in the flywheel for triggering the the sensor.
