soooooo, its in bits again ,
numpty here messed up and didnt route the tto temp sensor wiring right ,
not major, just pipes and dilters off, fan undone so i can sort out my mistake ,



gonna panel the cage up as well and get it finished off again ,



rest of the fleet at the moment ignore the baja at the end thats engineless ,



also had a two day marathon workshop tidying session as well,
i have room to move around again, and most stuffs in its proper place again ,

decided to get the twin running today,
fresh fuel, new plugs etc, weak spark to start with for some reason ,
so after messing around with new plugs, old plugs, gapping em up then down i finally got a decent spark,
seemed the more i pulled the engine over the better the spark gest,
so i assume that was just cos its been sat not running for so long or sommat,



then just as i was gettin somewhere, this happened below ,
pull cord snapped right at the knot ffs,
alloy handle so must be a burr there ,
so pull starter is back off , which is a pain in the arse to get off,
i do have a turtle cable here so may fit that if i can find a crimp for the handle end,
or may deburr the handle and fit cord again,
i'm not having much luck with anything of late really ,

it runs 6s and is a bit mental really

Clearly you lack the touch such a fine piece of equipment needs.... I'll pm you my address .

lmao sean, ya never know, one day it may come your way ,
yeh am gonna have a look for a crimp for the turtle cable sean ,
cables a little shorter than the cord but i think its long enough,
plus my sleeve mod on the starter spool worked, no more pull start locking up

yeh just had a look for a crimp and cant find one sean, will have another look tomorrow,
cables about 6 inch too short sean, can only get 3 turns on the spool, better with 4 turns,
need a 32 inch cable ideally,
ryan was sellin cable kits wernt he ?
